Join our hands-on Massage Gun Workshop with Steve Eastwood, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, and learn how to safely and effectively use a massage gun for recovery, muscle tension, mobility and general wellbeing.
This workshop has been designed for everyday people, athletes, gym-goers, therapists, carers and anyone wanting to better understand how massage guns can help support the body.
